What we aim to solve
People's desire to acquire techniques and abilities to enhance their mental wellbeing, the lack of awareness or understanding of mental disease, the necessity for non-clinical supporting services, and the connection to mental health care.

Mental Health Help Line
With individualised support on our HelpLine (314.773.1399), St Louis therapist we help people find important mental health resources. We check in with follow-up calls and, if necessary, extend our services.
Who are the people you serve with your mission?
Individuals who are working to improve their mental health, college students, families and children affected by early adversity (trauma), and those with serious mental disease. People with serious mental illnesses, families and kids who experienced trauma as young children, individuals who are working to improve their mental health, and college students.

What significant change resulted from feedback?
Developed technology that made it possible for customers to get TrueLink debit cards in place of conventional paper checks for weekly St Louis counseling allowances, saving them the trouble and expense of making the trip to our office each week.

Which of the following feedback practices does your organization routinely carry out?
We get opinions from the clients we help at least once a year, We take measures to solicit input from underrepresented or marginalised populations. We seek input from as many of the clients we serve as we can. We take measures to ensure that individuals are at ease speaking candidly with us, Based on demographics, we analyse input to seek for patterns (e.g., race, age, gender, etc.), We examine feedback for trends depending on how individuals have interacted with us (e.g., site, frequency of service, etc.), We work with those who submit feedback to find methods to respond that are better. We respond to criticism received, We let the folks who provided feedback know how we responded to their comments.
